Welcome to the MOUNT CARMEL RURAL BANK, INC. (MCRBi) COLLECTION APPLICATION (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”)!

          These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MCRBi Collection Application (the “App”). By                  downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

          The App is designed exclusively for loan collectors and employees of MCRBi. Only authorized users with registered accounts              in the Bank’s Core Banking System can access and use the App.

          1. User Responsibilities

               Device Registration

               To use the App, you must:

                       •  Register your device for access.

                       •  Agree to these Terms and Conditions.

                Account Creation

                Your account is pre-created in the Core Banking System. Upon first-time access:

                       •  Use the credentials provided by MCRBi.

                       •  Update your account as needed to ensure accuracy.

                Account Security

                     •  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

                     •  Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breaches.

                User Conduct

                       •  Agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

                       •  Avoid using the App in any way that violates any applicable internal and external rules, laws, and regulations.

          2.  Data and System Usage

                Client Data

                The App includes preloaded client data from the Bank’s system. You are required to:

                        •  Access client data strictly for official, work-related purposes.

                        •  Handle all information in compliance with MCRBi’s data privacy policies and regulations.

                Prohibited Activities

                Users are strictly prohibited from:

                         •  Sharing login credentials or device access with unauthorized personnel.

                         •  Using the App for purposes other than official loan collection activities.

                         •  Modifying, copying, or distributing any part of the App without authorization.

          3. Data Privacy

               Information Collection

               We collect the following information during registration or usage:

                      •  Personal data (e.g., name, contact details).

                      •  Device information and usage patterns.

               Use and Sharing

                        •  Your data is used only for operational purposes, including secure access and monitoring.

                        •  Data is shared only with authorized service providers, as necessary.

               Privacy Policy

                       •  Use of the App is subject to the Bank’s Privacy Policy. Review it for details on how we manage your data.

          4. Liability and Compliance 

               Limitation of Liability

               The App is provided “as-is,” without any warranty. The Bank is not liable for:

                       •  Technical failures, including service interruptions.

                       •  Indirect damages resulting from App use.

               Indemnification

               You agree to indemnify MCRBi for any losses resulting from unauthorized or improper use of the App.

          5.  Terms Updates and Support

                Changes to Terms

                These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of any modifications.

                These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, applicable to MCRBi’s jurisdiction.
