The event was a resounding success with several key highlights. First and foremost, a dedicated Google Form was made available for job seekers, streamlining the application process and helping our HR Department efficiently track applicants for future job openings within the bank. The event also featured a dynamic trade show segment where our microfinance clients had the opportunity to showcase a diverse range of products, including food, fertilizers, clothing, jewelry, and more. This not only promoted our clients’ businesses but also allowed interested individuals to purchase their goods and services, further supporting our microfinance clients.

Moreover, the job fair process itself was a well-organized affair, consisting of five seamless steps: registration, resume submission, initial interview, an exam, and a final interview. This not only facilitated applicants’ understanding of MCRBI but also prepared them for potential employment in our branches and corporate office. Lastly, our dedicated Branch Managers were on hand throughout the two-day event to address loan inquiries swiftly, ensuring that potential clients were well-informed about MCRBI’s array of loan products and services.
