ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a banking or financial institution.

• Willing to undergo training for almost one month at the Head Office (Lipa City)


Technical Skills :

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, and financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Understanding of financial statements and corporate financial analysis.

• Knowledge of bank accounting processes, accounts reconciliation, and financial transactions.


Soft Skills :

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
