QUALITATIVE REVIEW ASSOCIATE

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.


• Willing to do field work, with own motorcycle and driver’s license.


• Strong understanding of credit documentation requirements, regulatory compliance, and audit procedures.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and document tracking systems.


• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.


• Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with branches and auditors.


• Willingness to travel for branch visits and field audits.

ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

• High school / SHS graduate, undergraduate, or graduate of any 4-year course.


• Willing to do field work, with own motorcycle and driver’s license.


• Hardworking, dedicated, and committed.

BRANCH OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT HEAD

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) is a plus


• At least 5 years of experience in branch operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.


• Experience in handling Branches and BLUs and implementing area-wide operational strategies.


• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive for branch-related travel and fieldwork.


• Strong knowledge of rural bank branch operations, compliance requirements, and customer service principles.


• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities.


• Proficiency in banking software systems and Microsoft Office applications.

CREDIT SPECIALIST

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.


• At least 2 years of experience in credit investigation, financial appraisal, or loan evaluation.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and collateral evaluation.


• Ability to conduct field investigations and site visits.


• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with borrowers, stakeholders, and internal teams.


• Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.


• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial data.


• Knowledge of regulatory policies and risk management frameworks related to credit appraisal.

ROVING TELLER

• A graduate of any business-related course, Management, of Finance.


• At least 1-2 years of experience in teller operations, cash handling, or a related field.


• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.


• Strong client service skills and ability to communicate effectively.


• Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently between branches.


• High level of integrity and responsibility in handling cash transactions.
