Amount of Loan
Within the debt capacity-ratio of the borrower based on cash flow.
Mode of Payment
Lump sum, Quarterly, Monthly and Semi-Monthly
Security
Real estate Mortgage, Chattel Mortgage and Hold-out Deposits
Term
Minimum of six (6) months
Maximum of five (5) years
